How can we help you?

HowtodoBDfromhome provides a huge amount of tips and ideas to help lawyers and accountants improve the way they tackle BD from home.

However, a number of firms have come back to us to ask for more tailored support.  They want to make sure their fee earners are doing everything they can to maintain their existing relationships and position themselves for new opportunities while things are still more than a little uncertain.

If you feel your fee earners would benefit from a little help to refocus their business development while we’re forced to work from home, we can:

1. Provide you with a free a copy of our special report ‘How can I do BD from home?’

Just click on the button to the right and a downloadable version will pop up in a new window.

2. Design and deliver a series of webinars

We can cover the core #BDfromhome activities or any other marketing and business development topics. Every session is designed to your exact specification to make sure everything you want to be covered is covered and covered in the level of detail you want.

To give you a better idea of how a session would look, you can book our 30 minute free ‘taster’ session by clicking the button on the right.

3. Coach your fee earners 1on1

We'll meet via Zoom, Teams or Lifesize to discuss where they are, what they want to do BD-wise and how best to do it.

And to make sure each candidate receives all of the help they need, we don’t limit our support to their 40 minute slot.  You can call or email us to ask any additional questions as and when they come up.

To find out more, please get in touch and we can arrange a call.

4. Interview your key clients

It’s probably tempting to view client listening as an expensive luxury but we’d suggest that if ever there was a time to listen to your clients, it’s now.

And we don’t mean an online questionnaire.  We mean spending time with them (albeit virtually) to find out what they want from you, what they’ll need from you in the future and - most critically - what you will need to do to provide the value that will retain your clients as things get tougher.

Your firm’s future will hinge on you understanding your clients’ exact demands and adapting your offering and delivery to meet those demands.  If you’re going to do that successfully, you can’t afford not to ask for your clients’ input.

To find out more about how we’d deliver a virtual client listening programme, please email us today and we can arrange a call.
